1. For Special order (multiple layers
or big cakes):
• 1 week notice and 50% deposit
• Should you wish to cancel you order, you need to inform us before
72 hours prior to pick up, in order to receive the deposit back.
2. For Regular cake order:
• Must order 48 hours prior to pick up
• Should you wish to cancel your order, you need to inform us 24
hours prior to pick up.
• Deposit - not required
3. Urgent order:
• Please call our store or visit in person to place the order
within 24 hours
• Based on availability, such last minute detail orders would
require 50% deposit.
4. The order needs to be picked up
half an hour before the stores closes or can be picked up the next day.
No refund will be offered for such situations.
